CONCERNED FUTARIAN CRIES OUT OVER DEATH OF FELLOW STUDENT, SEEKS GOVT INTERVENTION

MY REFLECTION IN TEARS


It was not until yesterday that I noticed what I had just lost. A friend perexelon a lady of great virtue who sadly did not live enough to achieve her goals. This made me think that if not for the hullabalu things might not have turned out this way.

According to another friend and precisely the room mate of the deceased, on the emergence of the illness my friend was taken to the school clinic but the security on duty said.. " You know about the strike action. No one is available to attend to her" she was taken back home and due to the inexperience of the new students who were her colleagues she was in a state of great pain till she could not take it any more and a senior colleague had to take her to the university prescribed hospital. She later died.

This is just one person. There are some others suffering in their rooms silently

I then ask myself

Yes the school management is ready to cater for the students

Yes the clinic workers are ready to work

Yes the students are now scared for their health

All these because of the hullabaloo.

We beg the Federal Government of NIGERIA to please and please for the sake of the students find an ending solution to the hullabaloo presently rocking FUTA

The management is ready and trying but some people are setting us back.

If not for them and if Immediately my friend got to the clinic she was examined, maybe she might have still been with me today.....
