The Acrimony of the Masses - Comrade Adodo Daniel (DANIELDAN), FUTASU FINANCIAL SECRETARY
This article is an eye-opener for the masses of our great Nation, Nigeria and beyond! .
In lieu of this, I beseech Nigerians to please, stand on a solid ground and try to be whom they wish to become. Enough of getting tossed like a pendulum bulb which is yet to attain equilibrium.
I am addressing us today not as a politician but as a unionist. A person who seeks the best for his people. Who wants to see a better Nigeria. I am not doing this in support of any party or any personality but I am speaking generality. I want us to start exhibiting the habit of doing the right thing, the right way and at the right time.
Permit me to describe how the masses of this country looks like. The masses can be described as a Fowl whom it's owner is about to eliminate .
_“The feather of this very fowl has been removed. It's body, partially wounded and it remains the last stage for the owner to eliminate it. But the fowl was so fortunate to escape. Some days after, the fowl walked around and the owner sited it. He thought of what best he could use to entice the fowl and make it come to where he is, so that he could actually eliminate it. Then He thought of giving the fowl grains, just to deceive the fowl and make sure it is successfully killed this particular time .”_
That is just how the politicians of our time are relating with the masses. When they gain what they actually want. They would just abandon the youths whose future of this nation lies solely on their shoulders. We are the leaders of tomorrow. But they plan to do all they can, in their capacity just to entice the masses and later we realise that it was only meant to entice us. And we all know such an enticement doesn't last long but we are not conscious about the latter sufferings! . Subsequently, we start to blame the government. No!, don't blame the government. It's not all faults that lies solely on them. Some incidents occur, as a result of our lackadaisical attitude, been exhibited by the masses. Do we ever think of praying, to realise which government would do us good if they are been elected into power?.Big No!!!
We never thought of praying before choosing but in the course of suffering that is when we think of praying to God that he should intervene!. Prevention is better than cure, so they say!. We need to wise up. There should be consultation before Confrontation. We can't just deny the fact that sometimes, it's our wrong choice that results to our misfortune. The truth to be said... this country is richly blessed but those blessings are been shared among those whom some masses, have lost their life, in the course of making some efforts towards their emergence!. Because they are been blinded with money and selfish interest. We are humans not animals for crying out loud. Even God said he created us in his own image & likeness . We are special creations. We are great people and we ought to be treated as such.

We don't just need a change but we need a positive change.

So we should not be afraid to give up the good in pursuit of the best!
The power and wealth which should be used for our greatness had been directed to the wrong quarters. Which ought not to be so. Do not sell your vote!

Unity is one of the major ingredient that is void in this country. If unity abounds in this nation, it would have been far better than it is.
If a particular personality knows that he or she can't do some things which was aforementioned by them. Such things should not be initially used as campaign promises. Even with the few you mention, when you maximise it. It will be productive beyond human reasoning. They should just pick few and make sure those few things come into reality. If that is how the system has been operating. This nation would have been a better one. If the government is focusing on power supply, provisions of strandard infrastructural facilities and social amenities with a better security. Because all these provisions lies on the security of the life of masses. We can't enjoy all this in the grave. So we must be secured.
Enough of this deceit
Enough of this violence
Enough of this suffering
Lets not repeat the same mistake anymore! Before we embark on anything we should put it in prayer. Regardless of your religion. Prayer is prayer!. It doesn't have a second name. Let's pray for a better Nigeria.
We need someone who can oversee without any prejudice . Hence we need oneness. Permit me to call it ceteris Paribus. We need someone who can Oversee with ceteris Paribus. Because if unity abounds then security is certain. Let us wise up. Let us make a better team and hence, a better country.
